Terms of Service

Effective date: June 22, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Tebstack. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Tebstack ("Tebstack," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Tebstack platform, including all websites, APIs, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Services, or clicking any button indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Services

Tebstack is a SaaS platform - a connected ecosystem of AI products - designed for operators of Tebex storefronts, primarily gaming communities running servers on platforms such as FiveM, RedM, Minecraft, and Hytale. A defining principle of the platform is that your staff remain on the gate for anything Tebby produces that ships externally - published answers, documentation, and code changes. Our Services include:

  • Tebby (support AI) - An AI-powered customer support agent that reads, categorizes, and responds to visitor support tickets and chats on your behalf, powered by Anthropic Claude. This includes the staff support dashboard and the embeddable support widget.
  • Tebby Code - An AI coding agent that triages bug reports against a GitHub repository you connect, produces a staff-reviewed diagnosis, and - only after a member of your staff approves - proposes a fix as a GitHub pull request for your team to review and merge. Tebby Code never merges code on its own. Its data handling is described in our Tebby Code Policy and in Section 8 below.
  • Tebstack Docs - Tools to author and publish a documentation/knowledge-base site for your store, served on a free Tebstack subdomain or a custom domain you connect.
  • Discord integration - Optional features that link your support tickets and code workflows to a Discord server, including account linking, ticket notifications, and forum-based question answering.
  • Store Management & Analytics - Tools for configuring your storefront, managing staff accounts and permissions, setting support workflows, and reporting on support volume, response times, and resolution across your stores.

Individual products and features may be enabled or disabled per store, and availability of certain features may depend on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, or part of the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. Except where applicable law requires advance notice, such changes may take effect immediately upon posting, and where notice is required we will provide only the minimum notice period that law requires.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and to keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at legal@tebstack.com.

You may not share your account, transfer it to another person, or create accounts through automated means. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Staff members you invite to your store act as sub-users under your account. You are responsible for their use of the Services and their compliance with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Tebstack offers the following subscription tiers, billed monthly:

  • Free - $0/month. Includes a one-time grant of 500 AI welcome credits, up to 3 staff members, and access to core features.
  • Pro - $19.99/month. Includes 2,000 AI credits per month, a 15% discount on the credit cost of every AI action, custom Tebby personality, up to 10 staff members, and advanced features (Discord, Boards, and Tebby Code).
  • Max - $49.99/month. Includes 8,000 AI credits per month, a 30% discount on the credit cost of every AI action, our most capable AI model (Tebby Max), deeper multi-step research, priority in the Tebby Code queue, and unlimited staff members.

Additional AI credits may be purchased as one-time top-ups at any time. All prices are in US Dollars. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

We may add, modify, restrict, reduce, or remove the features, functionality, AI models, credit allowances, usage limits, staff seats, and other benefits included in any subscription tier at any time. Except where applicable law requires advance notice of a change that is materially adverse to your paid subscription, such changes take effect immediately upon posting; where advance notice is required, we will provide only the minimum notice period required by applicable law before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it. If you do not agree to a change, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cancel your subscription as described above.

5. AI Credits

Tebby AI usage is metered using "AI credits." Credits are consumed each time Tebby AI processes a message or takes an action on your behalf. The number of credits consumed per request depends on the AI model quality selected (which varies by subscription tier) and the length of the input and output.

Monthly credits are replenished at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Your credit balance will never go negative; if your balance reaches zero, Tebby AI will pause automated responses until credits are replenished or topped up.

Credits are non-refundable except in cases of verified platform error. We reserve the right to adjust credit exchange rates with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
  • Use the Services to build a competing product or service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Services without our written permission.
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks or the introduction of malware.
  • Collect or harvest personal data from other users without their consent.
  • Configure Tebby AI to deceive visitors in ways that damage their interests or to make false claims about refunds, policies, or product capabilities.
  • Connect a code repository to Tebby Code that you do not own or are not authorized to access and modify, or use Tebby Code in violation of GitHub's terms or any third-party license governing that code.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice.

7. AI Features & Tebby

Tebby AI is powered by large language models provided by Anthropic, PBC. By enabling Tebby AI on your store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Visitor messages and relevant store context (including product information, store configuration, and conversation history) will be transmitted to Anthropic for processing. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.
  • AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You are responsible for configuring Tebby AI appropriately for your store and for reviewing its responses where accuracy is critical.
  • Tebby AI is designed to escalate to human staff when it cannot resolve an issue. You must ensure adequate human staff coverage to handle escalated tickets.
  • You must not configure Tebby AI to make guarantees, refund commitments, or policy statements that are not authorized by you.
  • The quality of AI responses depends on the information you provide in your store configuration, system prompt, and knowledge base. We are not liable for poor outcomes resulting from inadequate configuration.

We reserve the right to apply content filters and safety measures to AI inputs and outputs to prevent misuse.

8. Tebby Code & Connected Repositories

Tebby Code is an optional feature that connects to a code repository you host on GitHub in order to triage bug reports and propose fixes. Detailed information about how Tebby Code shares and stores data is set out in our Tebby Code Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By enabling Tebby Code, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You authorize Tebstack to access the repositories you select through a GitHub App installation, and you represent that you own or are authorized to grant access to those repositories. Tebby Code uses short-lived, least-privilege access tokens scoped to a single repository per job - read-only for triage, and write access only after a staff approval, solely to push a branch and open a pull request.
  • Tebstack does not store a copy of your repository or its source code. Your code is cloned into a temporary, isolated sandbox only for the duration of a single job and is destroyed afterward, and is never used to train any AI model. Limited workflow artifacts - the bug report, the diagnosis (which may cite file paths and short code or log excerpts), the proposed change as a diff, execution logs, and pull-request metadata - are stored only temporarily and deleted automatically, as described in the Tebby Code Policy.
  • To generate a diagnosis or fix, relevant repository content that the agent reads is transmitted to Anthropic for AI processing and is executed on Cloudflare infrastructure, in isolation. It is not sold, is not shared with third parties for their own purposes, and is not used to train any AI model. See Section 7 and the Tebby Code Policy.
  • Tebby Code proposes changes; it does not merge them. Every pull request requires review and a merge decision by a human on your team. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to merge any proposed change, and for the consequences of merging it. Tebby Code is an assistive tool, not a substitute for your own engineering review.
  • AI-generated diagnoses and code may contain errors, may be incomplete, or may not be suitable for your environment. We do not warrant that any proposed fix is correct, secure, or fit for any purpose. The disclaimers and limitation of liability in Sections 11 and 12 apply fully to Tebby Code.
  • Tebby Code follows the staff-approval gate at every stage: nothing touches your code, and no pull request is opened, until a member of your staff approves the diagnosis. You are responsible for granting the appropriate staff permissions and for the actions of staff you authorize to approve fixes.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with, and depend on, certain third-party providers. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data may be shared with:

  • Anthropic, PBC - for AI language model processing (Tebby support AI and Tebby Code).
  • Cloudflare, Inc. - for the Tebby Code control plane and the isolated, ephemeral sandboxes in which code jobs run, and for documentation site hosting and domain routing.
  • GitHub, Inc. (Microsoft) - for Tebby Code repository access via a GitHub App installation you authorize, used to read code for triage and to open pull requests after staff approval.
  • Paddle.com Market Limited - our merchant of record for payment processing and subscription management. Your payment data is handled directly by Paddle under their own terms and privacy policy.
  • Supabase, Inc. - for database storage and authentication services.
  • Vercel, Inc. - for hosting the Tebstack dashboard, website, and APIs.
  • Resend, Inc. - for transactional email delivery.
  • Discord, Inc. - where you enable the Discord integration, for account linking, notifications, and message delivery between your support and code workflows and your Discord server.
  • Tebex Ltd. - your Tebex store API keys are stored securely and used to verify purchases and synchronize store data.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse and have no control over their content or practices.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Tebstack. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Services ("User Content"), including store configurations, support ticket content, knowledge base and documentation entries, and the code in any repository you connect to Tebby Code. You grant Tebstack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Services.

Tebby Code output. Code, diffs, and pull requests that Tebby Code proposes are derived from your own repository and are made part of your code. As between you and Tebstack, you own them, and Tebstack claims no ownership of your repositories or of any change you merge. You are responsible for ensuring that any merged change complies with the licenses and third-party rights applicable to your codebase.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the above license, to connect any repository you select, and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEBSTACK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

We do not warrant that the Services will be available at all times, that AI responses will be accurate or appropriate, or that any defects will be corrected. The Services may be subject to scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEBSTACK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO TEBSTACK IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion tools in your dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Services or other users. Where possible and lawful, we will provide notice before termination.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and you and Tebstack submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Tebstack, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Services at least 15 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services and may cancel your subscription.
